As I stated in an earlier post the most exciting part of my life is that I love Jesus!  Through my relationship with him, I’m able to see my experiences, my activities, and my friends with His eyes.  He gives my hope, encouragement and love. My goal is to possibly put a smile on someone’s face, share some laughter or even walk through a life event.

I’m constantly inspired by the intimate time I spend with the Lord.  He brings to me the most unique scriptures. Habakkuk 1:5 says “For I am doing something in your own day, something you wouldn’t believe even if someone told you about it.”  Isn’t that just the coolest thing. Every day is new, started with anticipation and joy of what’s to come.  I love!it.

This has been an interesting year.  I had knee replacement in March.  Within six weeks I was back on my feet, working out with my trainer and I found myself able to do things that I hadn’t been able to do in the last five years.  One, I can stand up straight and I don’t limp.  Like anyone that has had this surgery, I could of kicked myself for not doing it sooner.  I feel like I’ve been given a new lease on life.

I bought a new pair of tennis shoes and I’m actually walking my dogs again, swimming and I walked all over the place while visiting my daughter.
